James Gang Printing Here to Explain
The Best Colors To Print on Custom Shirts.
James Gang is here to answer your question about what color letters are best on custom shirts. It depends a lot on the color of the t-shirt you’re not going to want to put the same color, for example, red letters onto a red t-shirt. It is not going to show up you want a lot of contrast, when you walk around people can quickly identify the logos on your t-shirts and get your message out. It can work for your business, personalized t-shirt or an organization. The simplest example is black-and-white which is always a classic and stands out. Using black and white looks clean, so that’s your biggest contrast colors for custom shirts.
Here’s more of fun example (watch video) If you want black then you want brighter colors and a little bit more layering to make those colors pop off the tee shirt. But you can go for a darker gray on the t-shirt something that’s close and that works too. It just depends on the purpose of the shirt. Do you want that logo content to sit there on the shirt and kind of blend in with the shirt or do you want the logo to pop off with high contrasting colors? Here’s a pretty bad example of miss using a tie-dyed shirt and of course a white logo on this tie dye shirt doesn’t pop. It just fades everything together, so it depends on the shirt. At the same time, the color can affect it if they had done a black print on this tie-dyed shirt it would have stood out a lot more.
Here’s another pretty good example using brighter colors on a custom shirt like neon which are popular. You don’t want too many of those but if you do a simple one like this (watch video) is a two color from blue on orange or you know neon pink on green those color combos work. Using these brighter colors you want to watch yourself from going overboard, It’s also a personal preference for you and maybe going for a particular look for an event like the Neon Run here in San Diego every year.
